Socacize Fitness is a creative blend of Caribbean and African dance movements set to calypso, soca, reggae, salsa, and dancehall. The goal of these classes is to empower each individual through Caribbean and African dance fitness creating a fun and exciting workout with rhythms to make you move and feel good in your body.
This workout will be focused on cardio, weight and strength training, to help you tone those troubled spots. BURN THOSE CALORIES while enjoying a session that lifts you up and gets you fit at the same time.
